Return Policy

You have the right to return the products you bought within 7 working days from the date of their receipt. In that case you will have to pay only the direct cost of returning the products. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. *We want you to know that there is no refund. You may change the product with any other of your choice. Returns of seasonal products (Christmas, Easter etc.) are not accepted. 

Returns are accepted provided:

• You contacted our e-shop the same day or the next business day.
• The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been violated.
• The product is accompanied by a retail receipt or an invoice.

For your wish to return the products you bought from our e-shop, you shall notify us by phone at 2310278473 or by e-mail at sales@papazoglousist.gr entitled “Return of Order” stating the date/ number of purchase document within the above deadline.
