The website “http://www.papazoglousist.gr/” is an e-shop selling products and services via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “e-shop” or “website”), created and operated by the company under the corporate name “Afes Papazoglou G.P.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company, having its seat at Thessaloniki, on 22, VAS. IRAKLEIOU & FRAGINI STREETS, and legally represented, with VAT No. 082790481 and Tax Office 1^st of Thessaloniki and G.C.R. The following terms of use and conditions cover exclusively every sale of products and/ or services through the e-shop of the Company on the website www.papazoglousist.gr. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Every user who enters and trades or uses the services of the e-shop (hereinafter the “User”) shall be considered consent and unconditionally accepts the terms set forth herein, without exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, he/ she must refrain from using this e-shop and from any transaction with it.

Terms of use The Company reserves the right to modify or freely revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the e-shop, whenever it is deemed necessary. It also undertakes to inform the consumers on any change through the pages of this e-shop.

Information & Products The Company shall be bound on the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information set out on the e-shop, regarding the identity of the Company and the transactions provided through the e-shop. The Company, within the framework of good faith, shall not be liable nor bound by electronic data registration made inadvertently or accidentally in the common experience and is entitled to proceed to their correction at any time it perceives their existence.

Limitation of liability The Company, in the context of its transactions in the e-shop, shall not be liable nor obliged to pay compensation for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, non-execution or delay in their execution, for any reason. The Company shall not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the e-shop, but it shall inform the interested customer based on the data kept about the availability or not of the products and it undertakes, in case of change of these data, to inform the customers in time about the non-availability, in which case the company shall bear no further liability. The e-shop provides the content (e.g. information, name, photos), the products and the services available through the website “just as they are”. In no case shall the Company be liable or criminally liable for any damage (material, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, separately and/or cumulatively shall consist in loss of profits, data, loss of earnings, monetary satisfaction etc.) that the visitor of the e-shop or any third party may suffer for reasons related to the operation or not and/ or the use of the website and/ or inability to provide services and/ or products and/ or information available to him/ her and/ or from any unauthorised third-party interventions in products and/ or services and/ or information available through it.

Copyright All the contents of the e-shop, including any mark designations, trademarks, images, graphics, photos, designs, texts etc. are copyright belonging to the Company and they are protected in accordance with the respective provisions of the Greek law, the European law and the international conventions, as well as/ or third parties’ copyright, for which the Company is authorised exclusively for its own needs and the operation of the e-shop. It shall be prohibited to copy, transfer or create derivative work based on this content or mislead the public about the actual provided of the e-shop. Reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Company or any other copyright holder. The names, images, logos and distinguishing marks listed and describing the e-shop or the products or services of the Company or third parties, shall be assets of the Company or the third parties respectively, protected by the relevant trademarks’ laws. Their use in the e-shop in no way provides permission or right to use them by third parties.

User Liability The user/ customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the e-shop as provided by law and based on the rules of good faith and business practices. Their use is not mandatory for the visitor/ customer and the fact that they are included in the e-shop does not imply that the Company approves or accepts their contents.

Pricing policy The e-shop of the Company reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice to the customers. Settlements of Disputes We inform you that in the event of any dispute arising out of the transaction between us for the settlement of which, you will have sent us a relevant request but we are unable to reach a mutual agreement, you may contact the Electronic Dispute Settlement platform online at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/ which is directly connected to the competent Authority “Hellenic Consumers’ Ombudsman” (http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). On this platform, you may submit a request for the settlement of the dispute so that our company can be then invited by the competent Authority to the e-mail address info@papazoglousist.gr. We also remind you that our Company acknowledges in the context of good faith the advisory nature of the decisions of the Authority that will be addressed and shall not be committed to the enforceability of these decisions. In all cases the amicable settlement of the dispute is not possible through the platform of EDS, the civil courts shall be competent.
